I am happy to share with my clients. There are many options and anyone can overcome roadblocks that seem to be in the way! I would like to help you sort through the options, and zero into a strategy that would work for you. I use a four step process called Discover.

My process called Discover Transformation

• Discover Transformation by Exploring. This will be exciting for you because you discover and create a new world view. You will tinker with a wide range of options with your career and life. You will get to know yourself - your strengths and weaknesses!
• Discover Transformation by Experimenting. This is where you will “Walk into” the role that you have found through Exploring. You will get to know yourself - and how the new you feels!
• Discover Transformation by Engaging. This is where you place yourself in the path that appeals to you. You will get to know yourself - with the best strategies for success!
• Discover Transformation by Emergence. You would have completed the first three steps successfully and emerge with your newly discovered zeal with a plan. You will get to know yourself - with the solution!

Make a Discovery for yourself!

The Discovery Transformation process will look different for each person. You may leap through it quickly or you may want to take your time. We may use assessment tools to help you along, or it may not be needed. But I do believe it is easier with a coach to be the eyes and ears to see and hear what you are unable to see. I will be your objective observer, making it easier for you to maintain your confidence and objectivity along the way.
